Challenge

The current website, built by a previous developer and managed by the owner, had outdated plugins causing customer issues and a 50% drop in online sales.

Solution

She liked the original design, so we built a similar website on WordPress with an online store using WooCommerce and Elementor, minimizing plugins. We also educated her on proper site maintenance and set up a database backup for quick recovery if needed.

Result

The client was thrilled with the redesigned website and that she could manage easily. After resolving the online store's issues, her sales went back to normal almost immediately. She was so pleased that she expanded her services with us.

Challenge

The overarching marketing company for the franchise was not doing an ideal job in generating inbound leads for the business. Focusing mostly on SEO, but without a great strategy for handling "micro" sites. The owner was not generating enough business to keep his field staff busy.

Solution

Knowing that we could not separate the website, we decided to focus on paid search, LSA and local SEO. Custom PPC campaigns (which we never automate and review weekly for optimization), great leads coming from Local Service Ads and consulting on how to properly manage their GBP led to great results.

Result

With quality campaign management we have produced a PPC conversion rate on average to 18%. Averaging 25 LSA leads per month and increasing Local Map rankings by 70%. These results helped create their need to hire twice as many field staff, and increase gross monthly revenue by over 80%

Challenge

Client needed more inbound lead volume. He has YoY growth goals that he had trouble reaching, and realized that he was not doing enough digital marketing.

Solution

We helped build him an ads account, go through the advanced verification that Garage Door companies must go through with Google. We spent time with him to understand how his business is setup, where he see's the most revenue and created a plan/budget to help him achieve the growth goals he had set.

Result

So far, he has been averaging an additional 28 leads per month. Half of which are extremely qualified where his team was able to schedule an appointment and provide an estimate to those customers on their first call.
