Challenge

The Challenge Coefficient, a B2B SaaS company that brings live business data into Google Sheets, was already running strong Google Ads campaigns. But they knew there was room to improve. They needed a fresh perspective from experts in B2B SaaS advertising—that’s where InterTeam came in. During our audit, we uncovered a number of issues including: $25K spent on ineffective age demographics (18-24 & 65+) $21K wasted on lower-income thresholds $15K misallocated to “optimized targeting”

Solution

Improved Segmentation and Ad Copy: Expanded from two ad groups to 10-20 per campaign, increasing ad relevance and reducing CPCs and CPLs. Smarter Retargeting: Built over 350 custom audiences to focus on high-intent users while excluding low-value segments. Omnichannel Expansion: Launched YouTube, Responsive Display, Demand Generation, and HTML5 ads to increase reach. Fixed Conversion Tracking: Collaborated with Google Ads and Coefficient’s developers to accurately track key down-funnel events

Result

Challenge

Celayix offers a workforce management solution for companies in healthcare, security, and hospitality. Their platform simplifies workforce management by streamlining shift scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and enhancing communication between supervisors and staff. However, despite offering a powerful workforce management solution and hiring an advertising service, Celayix wasn’t generating quality leads. 

Solution

First, we audited Celayix’s accounts, identified high-converting keywords and audience segments from the old campaigns and targeted them in our own campaigns.  Then, we created ad campaigns on Bing, LinkedIn, and Google, targeting people in each vertical and searching for keywords with industry specific language. Once these were done, we focused on building retargeting campaigns for who viewed the demo or pricing pages on LinkedIn, Google and YouTube.

Result

Challenge

Rise Vision offers cloud-based digital signage software that empowers organizations to create, manage, and deploy content across multiple digital displays. Their paid ad accounts weren’t performing well, so they asked us to look and see if any improvements could be made. We found that they had spent over $10,000 only to get a handful of free trials and a single lead. The numbers were way too low.

Solution

We reviewed their campaign performance and actually found that basically all of their conversions had come from only a handful of communities. These communities were highly relevant to Rise Visions service, either being specific to digital signage or groups for people who had relevant job titles like system admins. We created audiences on Reddit for visitors prioritizing more recent website visitors, created new exclusion audiences and tweaked their conversion tracking.

Result

By conducting a thorough review of Rise Vision’s accounts, InterTeam was able to uncover inefficiencies and eliminate thousands of dollars in ad spend. Our new strategies that we launched based on the audit resulted in significantly higher account performance.
